Dubai has seen significant development in many aspects despite the global pandemic situation. According to a survey conducted by InterNations, the city ranking 20th in 2020, jumped up to 3rd in 2021. These aspects together, form the basis of Expat City Ranking, revealing the best and worst cities for expats to live and work in.
