Soon Dubai Tourism will include ”cruises”. An ambitious project headed by two organisations, Meraas and Carnival Corporation, the world’ largest leisure travel company. The venture is sure to reinforce Dubai as an ideal holiday destination as well as a starting point for other exclusive travel spots. The partnership will focus and collaborate on several strategic areas including port development and terminal management among others.
The signing of the agreement was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Crown Prince of Dubai. His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohmmed stated that the tourism sector is key to the UAE’s economy. Holding a considerable amount of value with pivotal projects which attracts a record number of visitors every year, a significant portion of them who seeks accommodation in many a Palm Jumeirah hotel including the likes of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
