A programme geared towards helping people achieve holistic wellness, the “First Steps to Change” conducted by Jodie Heselwood is set to begin on 6th March, 2017. Spanning five weeks, the programme will take place in the Central Queensland town of Dysart and those planning to head here can consider Middlemount accommodation options such as the well placed Oaks Middlemount. First Steps to Change will look to focus on key elements to improve one’s wellbeing including achieving weight loss in a sustainable manner, the way in which a person’s sleep and mood are affected by food, making choices that promote healthy skin care and detoxing one’s home and pantry.
