A much anticipated event that highlights both the hospitality industry and the food and beverage sector, the Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge 2015 is set to take place from 23rd to 26th August. This will be the 11th edition of this annual event and will be hosted at the Dharubaaruge Exhibition Hall in the Maldivian capital, Male. The exhibition space which spans 15,000 square feet across three halls has already been sold out, with the Hotel Asia Exhibition & International Culinary Challenge showcasing more than 200 suppliers from around the world with the attendance of around 5,000 industry professionals expected as well. A highlight of the event is the Culinary Challenge where up and coming chefs can take part in a wide range of competitions that will be judged by a renowned international panel including several famous chefs.
