Legendary Boney M perform in Sri Lanka – A Throwback to the Seventies and Eighties Hits

Excited fans flocked to the SLEEC in Colombo to groove to their favorite hits from the seventies and eighties belted out by the original disco cult band and living legend, Boney M on the 16th of June 2018. The lead vocalist, Liz Mitchell was accompanied by a full 8-piece live band and performed best-loved songs such as Daddy Cool, Sunny and By the Rivers of Babylon to an enthusiastic audience.
The event which commenced at 7 p.m. was organised by a total event management solutions company, Avant Premier in partnership with their print media partners, The Sunday Times, Daily Mirror and a host of others. Many fans who arrived in the capital of Sri Lanka, especially for the show, found accommodation in hotels such as Cinnamon Red Colombo, a provider of premier Colombo hotel rooms.
