Owned by Minor Hotel Group, the PER AQUUM Hotels & Resorts brand is set to offer travellers to Dubai a whole new holiday experience. Featuring a luxury resort collection providing distinct getaways, the brand’s PER AQUUM Desert Palm Dubai is expected to undergo a transformation in keeping with the re-launch programme undertaken by Minor Hotel Group. According to Nick Downing who is currently the PER AQUUM vice-president, this Dubai property which is set around a championship polo field can and will be developed further to attract more guests. One of the highlights here is the 585sqm Layali Villa that is constructed from Jordanian stone and which has a private rooftop terrace and a swimming pool. Re-opening at the end of 2015 will be the presidential villa which is going through a refurbishment programme. Set for refurbishment next year is the main restaurant, Rare, providing added benefits for guests.
