Tree pods and beach bedrooms: Social distancing in the Maldives – Unique isolation methods in the Maldives!

The Maldives was among one of the first few countries to re-open its boundaries for international tourism. Ever since then, it has received a good response from travellers from all around the globe. Maldives safe travel policies built trust in the hearts of the travellers and according to the predictions, 2021 will be more prosperous for the country in terms of travel and tourism.

Properties such as Finolhu Maldives came up with more creative and innovative ways for practicing social distancing policies while holidaying. They came up with the ‘bubble tent’ concept on the beaches, and some other properties have also introduced tree pods for their guests. These creative approaches definitely went with the Maldivian tourism tagline ‘Isolation never looked this good’.
