Zuma the globally acclaimed restaurant brand is set to bring the flavours of Japanese cuisine to Anantara Layan Phuket Resort from 15th December of the year 2016 until February, 2017. During this period resort guests will be able to indulge in a succulent selection of Zuma’s much loved concoctions like the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame and the flavourful miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf. Some of the other sought after Zuma brand dishes include the famous red chilli and sweet soy dish and the sliced yellowtail with chili relish. Arkadiusz Rybak, the acclaimed Bar Development Manager hailing from Hong Kong will head the bar during the same period bringing with him a wealth of delectable cocktails to this beach restaurant in Phuket. Some of the signature cocktails would be raspberry and passion fruit martini and the smoked Japanese whisky sour.
