So, many people out there are determined to meet those travel goals this year. Spending one whole year stuck indoors has got travellers doing their research and planning. Fitting in with the new travel norms will not be easy, but, many are willing to go through with all the regulations involved. According to a study by Club Med, Maldives has been revealed as one of the most sought-after places to visit in 2021.
The re-opening of Maldives for travel was initiated with 6000 tourists arriving at Velana Airport on a single day and a noteworthy fact is that the islands have still been able to impressively control their COVID situation. Every resort in Maldives was trained to follow all safety precautions to the dot. Resorts like Reethi Faru Resort have taken the initiative of facilitating the PCR Test from their island in sync with a specialized team to monitor the process. Samples obtained from guests are sent to a lab for testing. The results of the PCR test are then procured, within 24 hours (approximately), and shared with the guest at the resort.
