The island of Phuket witnessed the opening of a new mall just over a month ago. The mega mall known as Shilla Duty Free was initially scheduled to open in August but due to unavoidable circumstances had to be delayed. Avid shoppers will also find similar Shilla duty free outlets in Changi Airport and Macau International Airport. A two storied building, the mall boasts a massive 400 brands of perfume, cosmetics, fashion and accessories. Tourists also have the opportunity to dine at its restaurant and café. Phuket, which needs no introduction is a top tourist destination thanks to an array of things to do and the many experiences it offers. While on a tour to the island, one may choose to stay at a Phuket luxury hotel or resort such as Anantara Layan Phuket Resort to explore the island better.
