Launched this year for the first time, Bloom 2021 is a celebration of spring in South Australia featuring a diverse array of events and festivals across the state from September to November. It is expected that these events will increase visitor numbers to South Australia and help to boost the local tourism industry. Encompassing food & wine, sport, culture, music and arts, such festivals provide lots of fun for young and old alike.
Some of the highlights in previous months include the Sparkling Fest, The Ultimate Event and the Glenelg Ice Cream Festival held on Jetty Road near Oaks Glenelg Liberty Suites. For those based in the coastal suburb of Glenelg, holiday accommodation here also provides easy access to some of the other events of Bloom 2021; these include the Festival of Orchestra (24 November – 4th December 2021) at the Adelaide Showground and the Adelaide Rally (25th – 28th November 2021) with its East End finale in the city.
