Although the Australian Government has lifted some of the travel restrictions that were initially imposed to minimize the spread of COVID- 19, the officials say they are still monitoring everything strictly to avoid any possible risks. The officials also have allowed people from other states to move across NSW for holidays and work-related matters, but have requested the public to follow all the health advice for their safety.

For the convenience of the travellers, all hotel rooms in Kingscliff including those at properties the likes of Oaks Santai Resort Casuarina have been asked to follow safety guidelines, and the holidaymakers have been requested to pre-book their accommodation venues. The visitors also have been asked to check whether the attractions are open before they make their visits to avoid inconveniences.
